There is no better way to get back into game shape like a post game recovery session. Come in and get a full body stretch, resistance band work, a light recovery run, Massage Guns, Recovery boots and Heat/Cold packs and cream to ensure proper body recovery!! |
Recovery Sessions - 30 Minutes - $20
Athletes will receive 20 minutes on the Normatec Boots, 5 minutes with a Massage Gun and 5 minutes with a Massage Roller. Recovery Sessions - 60 Minutes - $40 Athletes will be lead through an Active Recovery session for 25 minutes, use resistance bands and body weight. They will have a 5 minute rest followed by 20 minutes on the Boots, 5 minutes with a Massage gun and 5 minutes with a Foam Roller. - Athletes will learn how to use equipment properly to ensure best recovery. |

There is no specific way to prevent any injury as it could happen at any moment, During an activity or walking down steps, could happen through contact or a non-contact injury. Any of these injuries could potentially post a threat to your playing days...
The most ideal ways to prevent injuries are to; eat healthy, drink plenty of water, get proper rest and workout and stretch on a regular basis.

Injury Prevention/ Rehabilitation
Injury Prevention will be based upon weak areas in the body that are more susceptible to injuries. The program will isolate those groups of muscles and aim to strengthen them to withstand the rigors of athletic performance.
Injury Rehabilitation does not take place of the Doctor ordered rehab. These Rehab methods have not been clinical overviewed and will be conducted through personal methods from the NASM personal training program.
- Based on injury, recovery time back to playing speed and shape will take 1-3 weeks, based on session's 2x per week.
