Small Group Training's are based on 2 training criteria : Age based, and Skill based.
AGE based Trainings allow athletes of similar ages develop together!
SKILL based classes, are split between Beginner and Advanced.
The Differing levels allow for athletes of all ages to compete together based upon skill level!
Individual training's are aimed for the ultimate development of your athlete!! Each training is tailored to meet the needs of each individual. However, the basics of Soccer: 1st touch, passing/receiving, shooting, dribbling, and defending, will always be the basis of each training session.
