After acceptance into the Soul2Sole Academy Program Athletes will receive:
- 4x 1 Hour training sessions/ month
- Recorded game sessions
(to go over game film, 1x/month)
Training setup is as follows, but will be tailored to each individual and their needs!
1. Warmup (10-12 minutes)
2. Weight Work (10-15 minutes)
3. Field Work (25-30 minutes)
4. Recovery (10-15 minutes)
Personal Trainings are held on Fridays & Weekends by appointment only!!
